From Lào Cai to Cà Mau, we deliver to every province.
All 34 provinces and cities of Vietnam, one warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City, and a parcel handed to the carrier within 24 hours. The same price for the same box, whether you live three streets from our office or in a village in the northern mountains.
We keep stock ourselves instead of drop-shipping, so what the site says is in stock is really on a shelf in Ho Chi Minh City.
Our warehouse is in Ho Chi Minh City. Order there before noon and the parcel can arrive the same evening. Other provinces receive it in 1 to 4 business days.
Standard delivery is the same amount whether the parcel travels three kilometres or fifteen hundred, and it is free once your basket passes the threshold.
Every parcel is tracked from pickup to your door. If something goes wrong you reach our own team on Zalo, not a call centre in another country.
Three regions, thirty-four provinces and cities. Find yours and you know how long it takes.
The South
Our warehouse is in Ho Chi Minh City, so the south is where we are fastest. Order before noon in District 1 and it can be at the door the same evening. Everything from the Mekong Delta up to Tây Ninh leaves the same day.
The Centre and the Highlands
Đà Nẵng, Huế and Nha Trang are on a daily line. The highland provinces around Đắk Lắk and Lâm Đồng follow one day later, and we ship the same rates there as anywhere else, because a family in Gia Lai should not pay more for the same box of diapers.
The North
Parcels for Hanoi, Hải Phòng and the rest of the north leave from our warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City and arrive within four business days. That includes the mountain provinces on the Chinese border, such as Điện Biên, Lai Châu and Cao Bằng.
ExpressSame-day or next-day delivery window. Everywhere else runs on the standard rate, free above ₫1,200,000.
