How long will my order take to arrive?
Inner-city HCMC & Hanoi orders usually arrive in 1–2 business days. Other provinces take 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over ₫1,200,000.
Which payment methods do you accept?
MoMo, VNPay, ZaloPay, bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard, and cash on delivery if you prefer it. All online payments are processed through licensed, encrypted gateways.
Are your products genuine?
Yes, All Asia Connect is the official distributor of Rascals, MONDAY Haircare and Little Blossom in Vietnam. Every product is imported through authorised channels and is 100% authentic.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched we send a tracking link by SMS and Zalo. You can also message us your order number on Zalo for a live update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us on Zalo within 2 hours of ordering and we'll update or cancel it for you at no charge.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Retail orders ship with Amilo; wholesale and B2B orders ship with ICS.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?
Absolutely. Retailers, pharmacies and distributors can register on our B2B Portal for trade pricing and a dedicated account manager.

Terms of Service
By browsing or ordering on this site you agree to our terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in Vietnamese đồng and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process your orders and improve your experience, your name, contact details and delivery address. We never sell your data, and we handle it in line with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree (PDPD). You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time.
Payment & Security
Online payments are processed by licensed providers, MoMo, VNPay and ZaloPay, over encrypted connections. We never store your full card details on our servers. Cash on delivery is available nationwide if you prefer to pay on arrival.
Product Authenticity & Warranty
As the official distributor of Rascals, MONDAY Haircare and Little Blossom, we guarantee every item is genuine and imported through authorised channels. Manufacturer warranties apply where offered. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on Zalo within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
