Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over ₫1,200,000, anywhere in Vietnam. It's applied automatically at checkout.
How do I track my parcel?
We send a tracking link by SMS and Zalo the moment your order is dispatched. You can also message us your order number on Zalo for a live update.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All 34 provinces of Vietnam, including remote and island areas. Metro cities are fastest; remote areas take a little longer.
When are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, COD is available nationwide. Simply pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
