Three brands you can buy wholesale
- Rascals diapers. A New Zealand diaper brand, made in China. Tape diapers run from NB to L, pants from M to XXXL, plus CoComelon pants. Customers still ask for “Rascal Friend”: that is Rascal + Friends, the same brand, renamed in 2024.
- MONDAY Haircare. A New Zealand haircare brand launched in 2020. The bottles sold in Vietnam are made in China. There are three ranges: Volume for thin, fine or oily hair, Smooth for curly or frizzy hair and Moisture for dry, coarse hair, according to MONDAY.
- Little Blossom baby snacks. A Singapore brand for babies from 9 months. The snacks are made in Thailand.
All three brands sit in one wholesale catalogue on the partner portal. Becoming a Rascals reseller and stocking MONDAY shampoo take the same route: one partner account.
Where our brands are already sold
Products distributed by All Asia Connect are stocked by LOTTE Mart, AEON, GO!, Tops Market and Guardian. The list goes on with Motherswork, AVAKids, Annam Gourmet Market, Genshai Mart, finelife and Sociolla.
Online, they sell on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
That list covers the three brands together, not each chain or branch.
What a shop gets from an imported mother and baby products distributor
- Genuine imported stock with a Vietnamese label. The label names the importer and its address, as Decree 111/2021/NĐ-CP requires.
- A VAT invoice on every order. You save your company name, tax code and invoice address once in the portal. Every VAT invoice uses those details.
- Delivery to 34 provinces. Wholesale orders leave our Ho Chi Minh City warehouse with the carrier ICS. The areas we cover are on where we deliver.
- An account manager. After each purchase order, your account manager confirms stock and the delivery date by email.
- Stock before you order. In the portal you see what is in the Ho Chi Minh City warehouse, and you reorder from past orders.
We do not publish trade prices. Prices and terms live only in your account, so your retail customers never see what you pay.
Four steps to become a wholesale partner
- Step 1: register. Go to the partner portal and choose Request a partner account. Fill in your business name, contact person, email and phone or Zalo. Add your business type, tax code, address and website or shop link.
- Step 2: approval. We check your business details. According to the portal, most accounts are approved within one business day.
- Step 3: prices and terms. Sign in and you see the trade prices, stock and terms for your account. Minimum order and payment terms are agreed per partner once the account is approved.
- Step 4: order. Place your purchase order in the portal. An email confirming stock and the delivery date follows, then the goods leave the warehouse.
Paperwork that comes with imported goods
The first thing many shop owners ask is whether the stock comes with proper VAT paperwork. It does: every wholesale order has a VAT invoice in the company details you saved.
On labelling, Decree 111/2021/ND-CP requires imported goods to carry a Vietnamese label before they go on sale. That label names the importer and gives its address. On our stock, that is All Asia Connect Co., Ltd.

Who should register, and who does not need to
- Register if you run a pharmacy, a supermarket or mini-mart, a mother and baby chain, an online shop or a distribution business in Vietnam, with a tax code.
- No need to register if you are a parent buying for your own baby. Buy retail on this website, on each brand’s page.
- Not a fit if you are looking for formula, strollers or another diaper brand. We distribute the three brands above and nothing else.
